She was predeceased by: her mother Vint Nolan; her son Donald R. Hazlett; and her siblings, Karen M. Nolan and Curtis Nolan. She is survived by: her children, Pat Nix of Beckley, WV, Judy Charney of Martinez, GA and Charles Eddie Hazlett of Louisa, KY; and her siblings, Jean Eakins, Maxine Saulsberry and Bobbie Nolan of Louisa, KY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, one great-great grandson, and several nieces and nephews and cousins.
