He is survived by: his wife Wendy Powell; his children, Torry Sargent, Corde Sargent and Natalie Powell; his parents, Margaret Mae Jones of Sophia and William Herman Powell, Sr. (Frances) of Richmond, VA; his brothers, Cal Powell of Crab Orchard, Jason Powell (Mindy) of Richmond, VA, Willie Reid (Tasha) of Elkins, WV and JJ Jones of Crab Orchard; and his grandchildren, TJ, Zane and Bentley.
