She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Cunningham and Phyllis Cunningham; her significant other William G. McCutchan (Bill); her son John Paul McCutchan; and her siblings, Cathy Jo, Paul "Pete" and Paulette.

She is survived by: her children, Beth Ann Tanner (Ray) of Elkins, WV, William James McCutchan (Jenny) of Virginia and Larry Alden McCutchan (Tracy) of Allison Park, PA; and her daughter-in-law Nancy McCutchan of Fairmont, WV. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
