He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Miller; and his wife Connie J. Yater Miller. He is survived by: his children, Charles Tredway of Wellsburg, WV and Katherine M. Allenby (Ronald) of Wheeling, WV; his siblings, Charles Miller of Wellsburg, WV and Margie Quinn of Steubenville, OH; and his grandson Kaori "Squirrel" Allenby. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
