He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kadlic and Katherine Kadlic (Dobias); his wife Lillian Marie Kadlic; and his sister Rose Mary Smith (David). He is survived by: his children, Kelly Hunter (John) of Wellsburg, WV, John Kadlic (Christine) of Powell, OH and Scott Kadlic (PJ) of Granville, OH; his siblings, Dolores Moore (Richard) of Wheeling, WV and Joseph Kadlic (Janet); his brother-in-law Terry Lilly (Sheila) of Beech Bottom, WV; his grandchildren, Morgan Utz (Donnie), Alexa Lumley (Jordan), Madison Crow (Austin), Sidney Kadlic, Gunnar, Ella, Colden and Luc Kadlic; and his great grandchildren, Beckett and Hudson Utz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
