He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Reason Mozingo and Della Elizabeth Mozingo (Crawford); his wife Marcelene Grace Mozingo (Bayless); his daughter Rebecca Rowland; and his great grandchild Robby Boran.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Linda Molnar (Jim) of Humble, TX, Ella Weaver (Chuck) of Follansbee, WV and Jack Clark III (Karen) of Wellsburg, WV; his stepson-in-law Luther Rowland of Follansbee, WV; his brothers, Tom Mozingo of Beech Bottom, WV and Paul Mozingo of Follansbee, WV; and his pets, Bella and Buttons. He is also survived by nine step grandchildren, 19 step great grandchildren, and three step great great grandchildren.
