He was predeceased by : his parent Barbara Bartley; his grandmothers, Nancy Hammonds and Retha Smallwood; his mother-in-law Gloria Yarborough; his uncle Ronald Bartley; and his aunt Darcell Bartley.

He is survived by : his wife April Archer; his children, Travis Archer (Karen) of Louisiana and Bre-hanna (Archer) of North Carolina; his sister Dawn Grundmeyer (Preston) of Louisiana, His; his sisters-in-law, Brandy Sellers (Mike) of North Carolina and Courtney Shannon (Jason) of North Carolina; his fathers-in-law, Jimmy Cribb (Vanessa) of North Carolina and Charlie Yarborough (Gloria) of North Carolina; his aunts, Birdie Bartley (Ronald) of West Virginia and Sheila Bartley of Mississippi; and his granddaughters, Melody, Harmony and Lyra. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
