It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Phillips of Belington, West Virginia, born in Rosemont, West Virginia, who passed away on May 9, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Tracy Gordon and Virginia Florence Lamb Singleton; her husband Kenton Murry "Ken" Phillips; and her sister Dixie Jones. She is survived by : her sons, Roger Phillips (Susan) of Belington and Kevin Phillips (Jennifer) of Belington; her siblings, Exie Irons of Bunker Hill, WV, Norman Singleton (Minnie) of Cleveland, OH and Benny Singleton (Janice) of Elkins; her grandchildren, Tana Crummel (Aaron) of Belington, Dakota Maxwell of Belington and Dylan Allen of Belington; and her great grandchildren, Novalee, Josh, Sherri and Brenden Crummel.
