She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee D. Booth and Lena Mae Goodwin Booth; her husband Robert Wilson Chenoweth; her daughter Rebecca Sue Chenoweth; her brothers, Gale Booth, Carl Booth and Jerry Booth; and her half-brother Donald Daugherty.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Matthew (Allen) of Illinois, Kim Peters (Brian) of Florida and Robert Lee Chenoweth of Belington, WV; her brother Dana Booth (Pam) of Belington, WV.; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Matthew (Michael), Sarah Matthew, Samantha Matthew, Michalea White (Shawn) and Caitlyn Wilson. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
