She was predeceased by: her parents, John Exline and Dora Jane Exline (Fowler); and her siblings, Betty Exline, Shelby Taylor and Johnny Exline.
She is survived by: her husband Tim Starkey; her sons, Daniel Setler and Jason Setler (Amanda); her stepchildren, Timothy Matthew Starkey Jr., Shawn Michael Starkey (Amanda), Tyler Starkey, Brian Starkey, Elizabeth Starkey and Anthony Starkey (Alexi); her grandchildren, Emily, Jakub Setler, Justin Setler, Chevy Michael Starkey, Landon, Angel Starkey and Colt Michael Starkey; her stepgrandchildren, Michael and Sierra; her sister Pauletta Hoffman (Mike); and her close friends, Dixie and Dozer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home (220 N Walnut St, Philippi, WV 26416).
