He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Alexander and Evelyn Virginia Golden Talbott; his siblings, Milford Dale Talbott, Marvin Gerald Talbott, Carolyn Sue Southerly and Judy Marlene Canterbury; and his parents-in-law, Jack and Opal Poling.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Poling; his son Michael W. Talbott (Charlene); his granddaughters, Taylor R. Matlick (Elijah) of Belington and Lillie F. Talbott of Belington; his great grandchildren, Jackson Lee Matlick, Dawson Joel Matlick, Lowen Rue Matlick and Scottlyn Roan Matlick; and his sisters, Retha June Dickenson of Philippi, WV and Brenda Ann Foy (Larry) of Belington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
The family ask that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to the Concord Cemetery c/o Brian Poling P.O. Box 231 Belington, WV. 26250.
