We announce the death of Helen Marie (Moore) Monfort (Belington, West Virginia), who passed away on August 21, 2026, at the age of 98. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Amos and Ella Marie Yeager Moore; her husband Robert A Montfort; her brother Clarence Moore; and her son-in-law Thomas W. Walter.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Ann Walter of Belington; and her siblings, Marcella Holcomb of Fairmont and Robert Moore of Fairmont. She is also survived by four grand-children, seventeen great-grandchildren.
