She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bedford and Ethel Bedford (Gainer); her spouse Henson Cross; and her children, Marlene Thomas, Linda Everson, Susan McMann and Ricky Cross.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel H. Cross (Freda) of Belington, Barbara Summerfield (Wayman) of Belington, Beuna Pomp (Mike) of Belington and Connie Brown (Greg) of Belington; and her son-in-law Mike Thomas. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren and eighteen great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Talbott Funeral Home Chapel (56 N Brandenburg St, Belington, WV 26250). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at the same location.
