He is survived by: his wife Heidi Lee Jacqueline Spencer; his daughters, Bridjette Ferguson (Matt Croston) of Mill Creek, Jessi Andriko (Mike) of Elkins and Jody Spencer of Florence; his siblings, Robert Michael Ferguson (Shanda Holliday-Ferguson) of Smoot, WV, Timothy Lee Ferguson (Nichole Kovar) of Clarksburg, Lisa Gagliano (Frank) of Ambler, PA, Lori Caprio (Phil Meyers) of Weston, WV, David Ferguson (Melissa) of Markleysburg, PA, John Ferguson (Jennifer) of British Columbia and Joseph "Pete" Ferguson (Sarah) of Philippi, WV.; and his grandchildren, Nikola, Dimitri Andriko, Alexander Spencer, Vincent and Alayna Croston.
