Jean Robinson Obituary
Jean Pearl Robinson, age 71, of Belington, WV., departed this life on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at her home with her granddaughter, Nakeysha Banks by her side. She had been battling cancer for the last six months. Jean was a cherished member of her community and a beloved sister, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and strength.
She was born into this life on March 3, 1954, in Kent, OH., a daughter of the late Betty Moore.
Jean leaves behind her two daughters; Robin Poling, and husband Jared of Montrose and Toby Williams, and husband Johnny II of Belington, grandchildren; Nakeysha Banks, Ellie Robinson, Maverick Williams, Johnny Williams III, Beth Poling, Bryson Poling, and Brandon Poling, great-grandchild; Paisley Poling.
She was preceded in death by her youngest daughter, Chrisy Robinson.
She was a Certified Nursing Assistant lastly working for Res Care. Jean enjoyed being outdoors, reading a good thriller book and making crafts. Jean touched the hearts of many with her warm spirit and generous nature. She was a steadfast presence in the lives of her family and friends, always offering a helping hand or a listening ear. Her gentle laughter and caring demeanor will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. In honoring Jean's wishes her remains will be cremated. A private celebration of life will be at a later date. The Kittle Family Funeral Home 265 Beech Ave., Philippi is honored to be assisting the family with the arrangements.
