We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2022, at the age of 58, Joyce Moore of Belington, West Virginia, born in Elyria, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Argel Brent and Edna Pearl Woolfter Lowther; her husband Douglas Arthur Moore; and her brothers, Larry Lynn Lowther and Ersel Dwayne Lowther.

She is survived by : her close friend Gary Isenhart of Belington; her daughter Joyce Melvina Moore Sharp (David) of Belington; her nephew Jeffrey Allan Delauder of Belington; her stepsons, Dougie Moore Jr. of Baltimore, Bobby Moore of Florida, Fred Moore of Elkins and Jimmy Moore of Elkins; her brothers, Harold Clarence Lowther (Trudy) of Cox's Mills, WV and Eugene Brent Lowther (Wally) of Texas; and her grandchildren, Shirla, Ujeana Sharp, Amber, Brandy Isenhart of Virginia, Lisa Andrews of Elkins, Gary Isenhart Jr. of Elkins and Billy Isenhart of Elkins.
