Judith Raines Kesterson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Raines Kesterson of Belington, West Virginia, who passed away on February 21, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vera Lea "PeeWee" Ash Raines and Donald Raines; and her brothers, David of Elkins and James Allen "Tony" Raines of Elkins. She is survived by: her sons, Donald Roberts (Jennifer) of Elkins, Robert "Chip" Roberts of Syracuse and Andy Droste of Fairmont; her grandchildren, Kaylene Talkington (Bryan) of Elkins, Nathan Roberts (Liz) of Parsons, Hannah Myers (Austin) of Belington and Timothy Roberts of California; and her brother Terry Raines (Sylvia) of Los Lunas. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
