With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pamela June Holbert of Belington, West Virginia, born in Philippi, West Virginia, who passed away on February 21, 2024 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bertsel Cathell Jr. and Jo Ellen Skidmore. She is survived by : her children, Chelsea D. Holbert of Belington and Courtney N. Holbert of Belington; her siblings, Cheryl Anglin (Ted) of Philippi, David Cathell (Cindy) of Indiana, Paul Cathell of Philippi, Amanda Cathell-Osborn of Philippi and Fred Bragg of Belington; her grandchildren, Izabella Martinez and Gabriel Sparks; and her pet Ryder.
