He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Clark Blake and Cora Amelia Poling Blake; his wife Judith Lynn Rowan; his siblings, Austin Blake Jr., Lois Bond, Opal Shomo and Betty Blake; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Harlan and Debra Rowan.
He is survived by: his sons, Rick Blake (Kelly) of Junior, Steven Blake (Kelly) of Junior and Matthew Blake of Belington; his brother Gary Blake of Junior; his siblings-in-law, Deborah Moyer (Jerry) of Elkins, Teresa Harlan of Elkins and David Rowan of Coalton; his grandchildren, Hunter, Lindsay Blake, Joshua, Jessica, Haley, Baylee and Ivy Blake; and his great grandchildren, Kaison, Asher Blake, Ryker Streets, Jensen and Lainey Harris.
