He was predeceased by: his parents, William Richard "Johnson" Wagner and Geraldine "Jerry" Booth Wagner; his wife Joni Lynn Hamilton; and his brother Danny Wagner. He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Wagner of Elkins and Brandi Hathaway of Philippi; his siblings, Verlin McCulley (Ralph) of Akron, Sherry Whited (Larry) of Belington, Tracey Hershman (Rick) of Belington and Richard Wagner of Belington; his sister-in-law Doris Wagner of Belington; and his grandchildren, Allison (Abigail Hathaway) and Wilma Skidmore of Belington.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Talbott Funeral Home Chapel (56 N Brandenburg St, Belington, WV 26250). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
