He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Meadows; his children, Thomas "Tommy" Pharis II (Kimberly) of Belington, Zachary Pharis (Peggy) of Belington, Matraca Pharis of Belington, Raymond Pharis (Brittany) of Belington, Austin Pharis of Belington and Chelsea Wolfe (Brandon) of Belington; and his close friends, Carl Sperry, George Jenkins and Perry "Buck" Ross. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to the Talbott Funeral Home P.O. Box 879 Belington, WV 26250 to assist with final expenses.
