He is survived by: his wife Opal Virginia Moats; his daughters, Darla Goff of Buckhannon and Kim Nestor (Jared) of Belington; his grandchildren, Brian Cooper (Tonya) of Belington, Mikala Banks (Connor) of Clarksburg, Cody Cooper of Belington, Katelyn Cooper of Belington, Marshall Nestor of Belington and Cade Nestor of Belington; his great grandchildren, Brielle, Henley and Wren Banks; his sisters, Helen Randolph (Everette) of Jane Lew, WV and Betty Sue Allen (Donnie) of Horner, WV; and his nephew Jeff Cooper of Buckhannon. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
