She was predeceased by: her parents, Cordoth Hester and Chessie Jeffrey of Witcher; her husband Larry Conley; and her sisters, Ida Snead, Annie White and Carolyn Riddle.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melody Pendergrass (Greg) of Pinch and Michele Higginbotham (Brian) of Shrewsbury; her grandchildren, Emma Pendergrass of Kanawha City and Dr. Ethan Higginbotham of Huntington; and her sister Faye Gibson of Witcher.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Barbara's name to Hospice Care, 1606 Kanawha Blvd. W, Charleston, West Virginia 25387 for their work in providing comfort and care to those in need.
