She is survived by: her husband John Atkins; her children, John Atkins Jr. (Lenora) of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Tammy Phillips of Belle; her sister Lisa Zappia (Darren) of Milton; her grandchildren, Boyd Meadows (Makayla), Haley Atkins (Preston Teter), Anton Atkins and Nicole Atkins; and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Addison, Ali and Adrian Meadows.
A burial was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Montgomery Memorial Park (9619 E Dupont Ave, London, WV 25126).
