She is survived by: her children, Marvin Lee Ratliff of Blount and Angela Leaha Brogan of DuPont City; her siblings, Harry Wayne Washington of Mentor, Darrell Washington of Blount and Betty Stevens of Campbells Creek; her grandchildren, Leaha, Brianna, Athena Brogan, Madison and Cadden Ratliff; and her great grandchild Damen Balser.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fidler and Frame Funeral Home (1126 E Dupont Ave, Belle, WV 25015). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
