She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben H. Moss and Mildred Brannon Moss; her husband Jesse E. Skiles; her brother Larry H. Moss; her stepmother Lillian "Dixie" Tully Moss; her aunt Helen Moss Blake; and her uncle Adam Blake.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Margy), David (Beth), Suzanne Davis (Glenn) of Charleston and Millie Walker (Ralph) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Maggie Gilliam (Scott), Sarah Dempsey (Scott), Matthew Skiles (Ashley), Jesse Davis (Erin), Megan Steffie, Emily Steffie, Ethan Walker, Alyssa Null (Robbie) and Carley Skiles (Luke); her great grandchildren, Stephen, Morgan Gilliam, Natalie, Rachel Dempsey, Willa, Abigail Skiles, Jake Davis, Abby Sanders, Layne Davis, Ross Null and Charlie Null; and her siblings-in-law, Carol Moss of Hamilton, Ohio and Edwin Brown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fidler & Frame Funeral Home (1126 E Dupont Ave, Belle, WV 25015). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
