She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Creathers and Ricky Creathers; her daughters-in-law, Rose Creathers and Cathy Creathers; her siblings, Dean Green, Brenda Green and Judy Surbur; and her grandchildren, Jamie Burns, Amber Creathers, Nicholas Creathers, Sarah Creathers, Jeremy Creathers, Patricia Campbell and Melissa Goode. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
