She was predeceased by : her husband Bill; her son Sterling Robert "Bobby" Ray; her grandson Brian Scott Carrow; her great grandchild Zachary; her parents, Nelson White and Ida Mae White; and her siblings, Deral White, Wilma Bostic and Russel Nichols.

She is survived by : her daughters, Diana Shepard of Wichita, Jean Carrow (Jack) of Mt. Clemons and Vicky Boyd of Belle; her daughter-in-law Alice Ray Skiles; and her grandchildren, Michael Melton (Carol), Robbie Melton (Rebecca), Bradley Carrow (Lisa), Jamie Ray Nuttal (Dale), Dustin Boyd, Melanie Coleman (Ryan) and BJ Ray (Amy). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
