She is survived by: her sons, Michael Hicks (Julie) of Charleston, Robert Hicks of Belle and Kevin Hicks (Shanna) of Belle; her sister Teresa Short (Steve) of Belle; her grandchildren, Gracie and Levi Hicks; and her pet Brownie.
