He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin Owens and Esther Britton Owens; and his wife Lonna Owens. He is survived by: his children, Jason Owens (Amber) of Vincent, OH and Renee Freshour (Mark) of Little Hocking, OH; his stepdaughter Tammy Smith (Micky) of Belleville, WV; and his grandchildren, Raegan Arnold, Cori Linnox, Avarie Owens and Braydon Wheeler. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
