She was predeceased by: her father Dallas Frederick; her daughter Janie McGuire; her sister Natasha Frederick; and her grandson Dakota Farrow. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Steven, Natasha, Shianna and Skyla; her great grandchildren, Elygha and Hunter; her mother Betty Frederick; and her siblings, Debbie Keith, Lynn Hammonds, Peggy Sams and Chuck Frederick. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery (5316 Brownsville Rd SE, Newark, OH 43056).
