He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Crouse and Dorothy Crouse of Twenty Mile; his wife Shirley; and his brother Webb. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Ryan (Shane) of Belva; his siblings, Evelyn Lucas (Jay) of Charleston and Craig of Twenty Mile; his grandson Drew of Belva; and his great grandchild Waylon of Belva. He is also survived by 1 niece, 2 nephews and cousins.
