She was predeceased by: her son James "Rob" R. Slack, Jr.; her grandson James R. Slack, III; and her close friend Rocky. She is survived by: her husband Ronald'Ronnie" K. Farris; her daughter Bobbie Glass (Bud) of Hedgesville; her daughter-in-law Linda Slack of Stafford, VA.; and her close friend Lena Crown of Rockville, MD.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 11 great great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
