Betty Louise Waugh Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Louise Waugh of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 4, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Byron and Virginia Louise Munday Potter; her husband David Lester Waugh; her grandson Jeremy "JP" Whiteside; and her brothers, James Potter and Johnny Potter.
She is survived by: her children, Ricky Lee Waugh (Crystal) of Inwood, WV, Randy Lester Waugh (Tammy) of Berkeley Springs, WV, Lisa Lynn Coble of Berkeley Springs, WV and Frances Louise Waugh of Berkeley Springs, WV; and her grandchildren, James Waugh, Elizabeth Waugh (Homer), Ross Waugh (Melissa) and Andrew Coble, Jr. (Kayla). She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
