Duckworth III (Maryann); his brothers, Brian Duckworth (Jennifer), Bruce Duckworth (Dale) and Brent Duckworth (Lori); his former wife Barbara Duckworth; his uncle Milton Duckworth; his aunt Sandra Fletcher; and his children, Alpha and Pariz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center (95 Union St, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
