She is survived by: her parents, James Cabral and JoAnne Michelle Wyman Cabral of Hedgesville, WV.; her husband Walter Thomas Tobin; her daughter Caitlin Elizabeth Cabral-Tobin (Tyler Cole White); her sisters, Pamela Ann Cabral of Berkeley Springs, WV and Carolyn Marie Cabral of Wardensville, WV; her niece Aspen Cadence Cabral of Wardensville, WV; and her grandmother Margaret Ann Cabral of Fall River, MA. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
