She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Thurman "Bud" and Mabel Regina Flowers Waugh; her husband Richard Earlee "Ricky" Marshall III; her sons, William Keith "Billy" Crosen and Donald Lee "Donnie" Marshall; and her brothers, Thurman Bennett "Buddy" Waugh and Randy Lee Waugh.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Earlee "Rem" Marshall III (Shelly) of Berkeley Springs, WV, Jamie Nichole Ryan of Berkeley Springs, WV, Shannon Dwayne Marshall (Jessica) of Berkeley Springs, WV and Tammy Lorraine Olin (Randy McCarty) of Hancock, MD; her brother Jeffrey Brian Waugh of Martinsburg, WV; her grandchildren, Richard Earlee Marshall IV, Matthew Colin Marshall, Kayla Whitney Marie Jenkins, Alexis Michelle Venable, Charles Keith Ryan III, Lylah Paige Olin, Landon Bryer Olin, Cameron Scott Marshall and Carter Lee Marshall; and her great grandchild Amira Joan Venable. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
