It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Leo Cain of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Stotler and Hope Cain Stotler; his siblings, Ronald Cain and Ruth Ann Fox; and his stepfather Donald Wayne Stotler.

He is survived by : his children, Randy Cain of Hedgesville, WV. and Susan Cain of Martinsburg, WV.; and his siblings, David Cain of Hedgesville, WV., Dale "Bo" Cain of Warfordsburg, PA., Bobby Cain of Mercersburg, PA., Connie Mitchell of Warfordsburg, PA. and Carol High of Berkeley Springs, WV.. He is also survived by five Grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
