He was predeceased by: his father George Charles "G. C." Weber. He is survived by: his mother Irene Elizabeth Kesner Weber of Berkeley Springs, WV; his son Logan Charles Weber (Olivia) of Bayard, WV; and his siblings, Michelle Sirbaugh (Foster), Robert Weber (Christine) of Hedgesville, WV and David Kesner (Anita) of Berkeley Springs, WV. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Kevin's memory may be made directly to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
