She was predeceased by: her father Vernon Rees Franklin, Sr.; and her brother Paul Stephen Franklin. She is survived by: her mother June Helen Hammersla Franklin of Daytona Beach, FL; her husband Carroll Ray Wachter; her son Steven Mayberry (Ellen) of Port Orange, FL; her stepdaughter Carrie Rae Wachter; her brother Vernon Rees Franklin, Jr. (Linda) of Brandon, FL; and her grandchildren, Nicholas and Franchesca. She is also survived by two nieces, three nephews, nine great nieces and six great nephews.
