He is survived by: his mother Georgia Lou Byrne; his wife Tina Louise Reils Lewis; his children, Crystal Lyn Lewis, Jessica Marie Robinson (Lou), Dennis William Lewis III, Brandon Lee Lewis and Joshua Charles Lewis; his grandchildren, Hailey Nicole Robinson, Tyler Johnson Robinson and Alaina Liann Robinson; and his brothers, Joseph Anthony Lewis and Michael Edward Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
