She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Oscar and Edna Lee Stotler; her husband Willard Paul Luttrell; her daughter Betty Jean Ward; and her siblings, Lettie Dick, Hilda Murphy, Irene Wines, Lloyd Stotler, Elwood Stotler, Hershell Stotler, Russell Stotler and Winaris Stotler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ronda Sue Michael (Mark) of Berkeley Springs and Paula Lee Courtney (Anthony) of Berkeley Springs. She is also survived by six grandchildren, eight grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
