She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Leroy and Hazel Elizabeth Wible Hooper; her husband Alonzo "Ted" Effland; and her daughter Terri Lyn Effland. She is survived by: her niece Lana Colleen Long (John) of Williamsport, MD; her brothers-in-law, Ron Barker (Susie) of Coatesville, PA and Alfred Howard; and her nephew Nicky Howard (Mary) of Hancock, MD.. She is also survived by Girls, many dear friends.
