She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Jane Phillips of Berkeley Springs, WV; her sister June A. Moore of Berkeley Springs, WV; her grandchildren, Raymond Jerry Phillips, Charley Nicole Brock and Joseph Bradley Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Carter Brock, Phoenyx Phillips, Shyla Phillips and Caroline Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
