He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Franklin and Ruth Pauline Leith Yost. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Iden Yost; his children, Vanessa Yost of Berkeley Springs, WV, Cathy Jo Yost of Berkeley Springs, WV, Rhonda Keenan (Lloyd) of Berkeley Springs, WV, Renee Fincham (Ryan) of Berkeley Springs, WV and Kevin D. Yost of Berkeley Springs, WV; his sister Rebecca McIntyre of Berkeley Springs, WV; and his grandchildren, Brandon Keenan, Colin Breeden, MaKayla Kyne, Haden Fincham, Lydia Fincham and Macey Fincham. He is also survived by one nephew and two nieces.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center (95 Union St, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411). A reception was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
