He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Gustavos and Mary Elizabeth Lee Stevens; and his wife Gladys May Wentworth Stevens. He is survived by: his children, Carol Cashwell (Jim) of Hedgesville, WV, Becky Damron (Fred) of Hanover, PA and Doug Stevens (Linda) of Baltimore, MD; and his granddaughters, Angie LaPorte, Amanda Gochenauer and Ashley Small. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
