He was predeceased by: his mother Eva Lavina Fox; his grandmother Martha Fritzman (Mae); and his brother Vernon Kuydendall. He is survived by: his wife Therese; his daughter Tanya (Scott Butts); his granddaughter Lydia Butts; and his siblings, Carolyn Michael, Barbara Johnson, Diane (Susi), Barker (Ronnie) and George Fox, Jr.. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
