She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Doukas and Eileen Doukas; her husband Sidney W. George; her sisters, Alice Klar and Mildred Suresch; and her sons-in-law, John Day and Gary Wachter, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Linda Wachter of Berkeley Springs, WV, Sandra Mason of Waynesboro, PA, David George of Frankston, TX and Martha Bradburn of Smithsburg, MD; and her grandchildren, Angela Day, Kristy Day, Timothy Sowers, Samantha Hays, Jason Huntsberry, Katie George, Lori Miller, Gary Wachter, Jr. and Scott Wachter. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
