Julie Elise Taylor Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Julie Elise Taylor of Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 28, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Magin and Ruth Ann Green Magin; her husband James E. Taylor; her former husband James Steven Rhoe; and her sister Melisa Daly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Stephanie Jones of Charles Town, WV and Jennifer Weatherholtz of Charles Town, WV; and her siblings, Linda Hoyt, Laura Graber, Elizabeth Magin and Isaac Magin. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
