She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Gerald and Dorothy Jane Willey Youngblood; her husband Roger Lee Barney; her foster parents, Elmer "Shorty" McCoy and Ellen Deneen McCoy; and her siblings, Jackie Garrett and Johnny Youngblood.
She is survived by: her children, Ritchie Lee Barney of Berkeley Springs, Patrick Kevin Barney of Berkeley Springs, Carrie Ann Barney of Berkeley Springs and Rodney Lane Barney of Mount Juliet, TN; her siblings, Robin Wills, Penny Yost and Gerald "Lynnie" Youngblood of Berkeley Springs; and her grandchildren, Richard Barney of Hagerstown, MD, Morgan Cain of Berkeley Springs, Camden Barney of Berkeley Springs, Nevaeh Wills of Berkeley Springs, Logan Barney of Mount Juliet, TN and Jayden Wills of Princeton, WV. She is also survived by three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
